PIALA TTAM - BATTLE OF TEH TARIK 2014
TehTarik is one of the unique authentic Malaysian Cultures that has transcended beyond race, culture and religion and play a significant role in the daily lives of an ordinary Malaysian.
A TehTarik session is an occasion for gathering with colleagues, friends and family irrespective of their race and religion and is considered as a common ground for Malaysians to come together where they bond and share ups and downs in life. It provides a platform for the different races to interact.
Smooth and refreshing, it is a symbol of peace and forbearance. Discussions over a cup of Teh Tarik is more likely to generate amenity, respect and understanding that are needed to solve problem or resolve conflicts.
TehTarik has also surpassed its roadside days and found its way into restaurants, shopping malls and coffee house in five star hotels.
Tea Trade Association of Malaysia (TTAM) would be organising the PIALA TTAM - BATTLE OF TEH TARIK 2014 together with Malaysian Muslim Restaurant Owners Association (PRESMA), Malaysian Indian Restaurant Owners Association (PRIMAS) and Selangor & K.L. Chinese Coffee & Tea Shopkeepers Association(SKLCCTSA) , in conjunction with the Malaysia International Tea & Coffee Expo 2014 (MITCE 2014).
